Pursuant to article 22 (1) (a)) of the law No. 197 of 16 June 2010 on the status of persons with dignity and in accordance with article 11 (3) and (4) of the law on electronic communications No. 241-XVI dated 15 November 2007, the Government DECIDES: it frees Mr. Iurie URSU from the post of Deputy director of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and information technology.
