Central Election Commission has received the resignation of Simon Cotoman elected councilor on the list of Democratic Party in Cogîlniceni Village Council, Rezina, and documents necessary mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the office of councilor Cogîlniceni village lies Ion Braga alternate candidate on the list of Democratic Party confirmed by Rezina Court decision of 25 June 2015 and the end of 10
November 2015. pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with section. 11:29 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, Simion Cotoman mandate of elected Democratic Party ticket in Cogîlniceni Village Council.
2. It assigns council mandate in Cogîlniceni Village Council, Rezina, Ion Braga alternate candidate on the Democratic Party ticket.
March. Ion Braga is preavizează adviser on the obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
