Pursuant to article 1. 5 para. (3) (a). e) of the Civil Aviation Law nr. 1237-XIII of 09.07.1997 b(3) of section 7 and 5) of the regulation on organization and operation of the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government Decision No. 645 from 07.08.2014, to execute duties incumbent on Civil Aviation Authority as a public authority which approves the regulations, instructions and other technical documents that contain enforceable standards and procedures for individuals and legal entities working in the field of civil aviation, in order to ensure compliance with the standards and recommended Practice (SARPS) of annex 18 ' carriage of dangerous goods "at the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago ORDON, 1944),: 1. Approving the document "1st Edition technical requirements. Air transport of dangerous goods ", according to the annex to this order.
2. Civil Aviation Authority will make available to all interested persons to this order through publication on the official website www.caa.md, in the section "normative framework-regulations".
3. The document "technical requirements. Air transport of dangerous goods "will be implemented after two months from the date of entry into force of this order. Within two months from the date of entry into force of this order, the aerospace agencies of Moldova to update internal procedures in accordance with the provisions of this order.
4. Order No. 3902.29/24.12.2013 type in "approving the regulations of civil aviation 02 RAC-airlift of TABP dangerous goods", approved by the Civil Aviation Authority and operational Directives from No. 01, no. 04 25.01.2011 from 17.06.2011, no. 05, 01 17.06.2011 from 25.11.2013, no. 03, from 30.06.2014 02 from 04.05.2015.
5. This order shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
