Government decides
:
1. To approve:
National Strategy "Diaspora-2025" according to appendix. 1;
Action Plan for the years 2016-2018 on the implementation of the National Strategy "Diaspora-2025" according to appendix. 2.
2. Ministries and other central administrative authorities:
will take the necessary measures to achieve the objectives of the National Strategy "Diaspora-2025" and the Action Plan for the years 2016-2018 on implementation;
Will include the diaspora, migration and development in the strategic development programs and other strategic planning documents, according to their competencies;
Office will present relations with the diaspora
State Chancellery, until January 25 of the year following the reference report on implementation measures.
March. State Chancellery:
will work with international organizations and potential donors in order to attract necessary investment volume for the realization of the Strategy "Diaspora-2025" and the Action Plan for the years 2016-2018 on implementation;
Submit to the Government until 31 March of each year, information on implementation mentioned Action Plan drawn up by the Office for Relations with the Diaspora.
4. The measures referred to in this decision will be made from and within approved budgets for these purposes in the budgets of public authorities involved as well as from other sources, as required by law.
May. It recommends local authorities to take necessary measures to implement the Strategy and Action Plan mentioned.
June. Control over the execution of this decision is entrusted with Diaspora Relations Bureau of the State Chancellery.
