Pursuant to art. 86 para. (1) of the Constitution and art. 7 and art. 81 of the Law on International Treaties of the Republic of Moldova, Moldovan President decrees
:
Art.1. - Initiate Negotiations Grant Agreement between the Republic of Moldova, "CET-Nord" SA and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Fund for the Eastern European Partnership for Energy Efficiency and Environment for the project "Heat power system of Balti ( "CET-Nord" SA). "
Art.2. - The signing of the Grant Agreement between the Republic of Moldova, "CET-Nord" SA and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development granted Fund Partnership Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment for the project "Heat and Electricity System of mun. Balti (" CET -Nord "SA)."
