Pursuant to art. 20 pt. 3) of Law No. 64-XII of 31 May 1990 on Government (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, nr.131-133, art.1018), as amended and supplemented, and art . 33 para. (2) and (3) of Law no. 98 of 4 May 2012 on specialized central public administration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 160-164, art. 537), the Government DECIDES:


1. It approves the structure of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction (attached).
2. It states that in case of releasing Board members from their duties, their responsibilities within the College shall be exercised by newly-appointed persons in those positions, without a new government decisions.
March. Be repealed:
Government Decision no. 484 of 14 June 2010 "On approval of members of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 100-102, art. 560);
Section 2 of the Government Decision no.859 of 21 November 2011 "On amending and repealing certain government decisions" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, no. 203-205, art. 941).
