(6) Article 24 of the Law on state supervision of public health No.10-XVI of 3 February 2009 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, art.183) of the Government Decision no. 564 of 10 September 2009 "on approval of sanitary regulations establishing the conditions for placing on the market of biocidal products" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, nr.144-147, art. 630) of the Government Decree no.533 of July 13, 2011 "on approval of the list and rates of pay services in the field of public health provided natural and legal persons" (Official Gazette, 2011 nr.118-121), Ministry of health Order nr.299 of May 6, 2010 on " registration of biocidal products ", as amended, based on the positive decision of the Panel of experts for the registration of biocidal products (minutes No. 32 of 17.02.2016) and under Section 9 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health approved Government Decision nr.397 of 31 May 2011

ORDER:

1. A record and allows the placing on the market of biocidal products Moldova: INCIDIN EXTRA; Nica-Antiseptic Aquamuss; Nica-Extra M; NICA-AMICID; NICA-chlorine, Medea; VIROBAC; Bleach; 12.5% ​​sodium hypochlorite solution of active chlorine; Liquid chlorine (see Annex).
2. Secretary of the Commission of Experts for the registration of biocidal products (Mrs. Nadejda Burca) will include biocidal products registered in the National Register of biocidal products.
