Under the Civil Aviation Law no. 1237-XIII of 09.07.1997, the Regulation on organization and functioning of the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government Decision no. 645 of 7 August 2014 in order to ensure flight safety as a result of inadequacies identified during the SAFA inspections carried out at airports on aircraft operated by foreign air operators in Moldova

ORDER:

1. Moldovan air operators are required to submit daily flights Plan for the period of 24 hours, which will contain information see Annex.
2. Airline operators in Moldova operating abroad (based operating abroad), in addition to the information to be disclosed under paragraph 2 will ensure continued access to remote (Internet) inspectors Directorate Flight Operations responsible for each operator in real 24/7 following information:
a) operational flight plan (OFP);
B) NOTAM that are necessary for flight planning;
C) Flight Journal, immediately after completion;
D) of the aircraft technical log, immediately after completion;
E) NOTOC (if applicable) immediately upon completion.
March. Leaders of air operators, in order to execute this order, are responsible for introducing appropriate changes to the Flight Operations Manual.
4. Violation of this Order or presentation of false information leading to the suspension of air operator's operational activity.
May. Since the entry into force of this Order is repealed Operational Circular no. 01-01.08.2007 on Comprehensive Plan for the period of 24 hours.
June. This Order shall take effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
