Pursuant to art. 5 paragraph. (3) e) the Civil Aviation Law no. 1237-XIII of 09.07.1997 and paragraph 7 point 5) of the Rules of organization and functioning, structure and limit the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government Decision no. 645 of 07.08.2014 in order to execute its duties Civil Aviation Authority as a public authority which approves regulations, instructions and other technical aspects that contain enforceable standards and procedures for individuals and businesses operating in the field of civil aviation in order to ensure compliance Standards and recommended Practice (SARPS) of Annex 3 "meteorological assistance to international aviation activities" to the Convention on international civil aviation (Chicago, 1944)

ORDER:

1. No.02 edition is approved technical requirements "Assistance Meteorological civil aviation activities" in the Annex to this order.
2. Civil Aviation Authority will provide all interested persons Annex to this order by publishing www.caa.md official website under the section "Regulatory Framework - Other acts".
March. Issue no.02 technical requirements "Assistance Meteorological civil aviation activities" shall be implemented from November 10, 2016 except as provided in the Annex to this order which shall be implemented from November 5, 2020
4. Dated November 10, 2016, edition No. 01 is repealed technical requirements "Assistance Meteorological civil aviation activities" and subsequent amendments, approved by Order No. 39 / GEN dated 16 December 2014.
May. This order shall come into force after publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
