Pursuant to Article 19 para. (1) e) of the Law no.113 of 17.06.2010 on bailiffs and death certificate,

ORDER:

1. It outgoing bailiff Comerzan Valeriu license LE 134 series, the territory activity Briceni in connection with the death and removal from the register bailiffs.
2. From issuing the order, the right to manage the current account Comerzan Valeriu special bailiff bailiff goes into administration Ruslan Pavlovschi license no.135 LE series with the territory of activity Briceni, designated by the National Union of Bailiffs.
March. Within 5 days from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, Northern Chamber territorial bailiffs will ensure, as required by Article 20 of the law on bailiffs taking the seal, license, badge, enforcement procedures , record keeping and archiving.
4. This order is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, it appears to the National Union of Bailiffs and court Briceni bailiff in whose district has his office.
