According to Government Decision no. 1009 of 1 September 2006 "on the amounts of grants, other forms of social support for students in higher educational institutions, students of institutions of secondary specialized education, secondary vocational learners in postgraduate education" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova 2006, no. 142-145, art.1092), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. To approve:
list of students from higher education institutions which are granted scholarship Republic, in accordance with Annex 1;
List of students from higher education institutions which are granted government scholarship under Annex 2;
List students in post-secondary technical vocational education institutions were granted the scholarship "Gaudeamus" under Annex No.3.
2. Institutions of higher education and post-secondary technical vocational education institutions will pay merit scholarships within approved budgetary allocations.
