In accordance with Law no. 1456-XII of 25 May 1993 on pharmaceutical activity (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 59-61, art. 200), as amended and supplemented, Law no. 1409-XIII of 17 December 1997 on medicinal products, as amended and supplemented, the Government Decision no. 603 of 2 July 1997 on the approval of the Regulation on drug pricing and other pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products, the Government Decision no. 525 of 22 June 2010 approving the regulation on how the approval and registration of producer prices for medicines and to pharmaceutical safety of the population of Moldova and under Section 9 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, approved by Government Decision no. 397 of 31 May 2011, as amended and supplemented,

ORDER:

1. Approval of the list of drugs with producer prices recorded in accordance with Annex no. 1.
2. Approval of the list of generics prices reassessed following the approval of the original medicine prices, according to appendix. 2.
March. The inclusion of producer prices in the National Catalogue approved for a calendar year.
4. Placing this order on the website of Medicines and Medical Devices Agency.
May. The publication of this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
June. Control over execution of this order'm willing to take.
