In accordance with Article 6 paragraph. (1) of Law no. 91-XVI of 5 April 2007 on state-owned land and Delimitation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.70-73, art.316), with subsequent amendments, art. 8 paragraph. (1) and (2) of Law no. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 on the public property of the administrative territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999 nr.124-125, art.611), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1
. It supports transmission, free of charge, of 0.55 hectares of land (including forest land - 0.25 ha of forests and land - 0.30 ha for the construction of camps for children and adolescents "Codru"), with the cadastral number 6001304213, ranging from land forestry fund, public property of administration "Moldsilva" (manager - State Enterprise "Enterprise Forestry Nisporeni-Silva"), located in unincorporated Nisporeni Nisporeni public property Nisporeni, Nisporeni district Council agreement.
2. Agency "Moldsilva" (State Enterprise "Enterprise Forestry Nisporeni-Silva"), jointly with the authorities Nisporeni district will establish the commission handover and ensure, within a month, transmission field, in accordance with Regulation on the mode of transmission of enterprises, organizations, state institutions, their subdivisions, buildings, structures, fixed assets and other assets, approved by Government Decision nr.901 of December 31, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016 No .1, Article 2).
March. Land Relations and Cadastre Agency will make the change cadastral documentation at the request of the right holder in accordance with the provisions of this decision.
