In accordance with Law No. healthcare. 411-XIII of 28 March 1995 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, art.373), as amended and supplemented, Law nr.713-XV from 6 December 2001 on the control and prevention of alcohol abuse, illicit drugs and other psychotropic substances (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, nr.36-38, art. 208), as amended and supplemented, art. 49 lit. i) of the Code of road No. 150 of 17 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014 nr.247-248, art.568), Articles 3 and 9 of Law No. 131-XVI of 7 June 2007 road traffic safety (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic, 2015 nr.11-21 article 6) and to prevent and avoid driving the transport vehicle drivers intoxicated Government DECIDES: | || 1. The Regulation on the organization and carrying out controls wakefulness (attached).
2. Road transport operators / companies carrying out road operations will ensure the wakefulness control as established by the aforementioned Regulation.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the Public Institution National Motor Transport Agency.
