Having examined the draft regulation on the work of the Disciplinary Board, having heard the information Ms. Vera Thomas, Superior Council of Magistrates

Result, publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova on 15 August 2014 Law no. 178 of 25 July 2014 on disciplinary responsibility of judges, the Supreme Council of Magistracy by Decision no. 61/2 of 27 January 2015 has approved in principle the Rules on the work of the Disciplinary Board under the Superior Council of Magistracy, while noting the need to revise its regulations in accordance with Law no. 178 of 25 July 2014.
Subsequently, in accordance with art. 26 para. (3) of Law no. 178, the Disciplinary Board submitted for approval as an annex to the regulation The report of the Judicial Inspection. Other proposals or amendments to the Regulation have not received.
Given the above, in order to enforce legal norms and ensure the proper development of the activity of the Disciplinary Board, the Higher Magistrates Council considers necessary to approve the Regulations on Disciplinary work on the Superior Council of Magistracy, Annex your presence.
The Superior Council of Magistracy, in accordance with Art. 4, 17 and 24 of the Law on the Superior Council of Magistracy

DECISION R A S TE:

1. The Regulation on the work of the Disciplinary Board under the Superior Council of Magistracy, the Annex, an integral part of this Regulation.
2. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Superior Council of Magistracy (www.csm.md).
