Following the examination of Insurance Broker "BROKER EXPERT" S.R.L. (7, Negruzzi bd of. 224, mun. Chisinau, 1005600048077) on WHOSE BEHALF the voluntary submission of the licence, in accordance with article 8 b) and the letter c), art. 9 para. (1) d), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 51 of law No. 407-XVI dated 21.12.2006 "insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 47-49, art. 213), article 21, para. (2) letter a) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Withdraw the Insurance Broker License BROKER S.R.L. "EXPERT" series No. 000766 NCFM, issued on May 1, 2013, valid for a period, for the right to pursue the activity of insurance mediation broker.
2. Prescribing persons with functions of liability insurance Broker BROKER S.R.L. "EXPERT" payment, within 15 working days, the debt in the amount of 59616.52 lei in relation to insurance company "KLASSIKA" S.A.
3. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
4. this decision shall enter into force in accordance with article 22, paragraph 2. (3) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission of Financial Market".
