with regard to the approval of the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) archives



Published: 22.03.2016 in Official Gazette No. 68 art no: 437, examining the issue of approving the higher magistrates Council archives, hearing information presented by Mr. Victor, the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) C a N S T A T: Assistant in the State Archive complex control and organisation of the work of the secretariat/office within the MSC, the National Archives RM professionals , it was determined the necessity of Regulation of the archive the higher magistrates Council.
To streamline the process of filing and storage of documents in the archive and compliance with instructions from the SUPREME COUNCIL of MAGISTRATES regarding ordering of documents in enterprises, institutions and organizations, the Working Group established by Resolution MSC No. 554/22 of 14.07.2015, has prepared the draft regulation archive Superior Council of Magistracy, which was submitted to the Board for review.
Studying the draft regulation, the Superior Council of magistrates, in accordance with the provisions of article 4 and 24 of the law No. 947 of 19 July 1996 concerning the Superior Council of Magistracy, H a T â R and T e: 1. approves of the archive the higher magistrates Council, an integral part of this judgment.
2. this decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA and on the website of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
