In accordance with article 33 of law No. 154-XVI from 4 July 2008 concerning the public function and status of public functionary, is conferred the Lord Alexei ARIF, Vice President of the National House of social insurance, the level of the qualification: "State Councillor of the Republic of Moldova of the class".
