    This decision will implement Decision 2010/877/EU implementation of 19 December 2011 establishing harmonised reference values for separate production efficiency of electricity and heat in application of Directive 2004/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Decision 2007/74/EC (notified under document No. C (2011) 9523), published in the official journal of the European Union (OJ) No. L 343/91, updated in accordance with the Regulation (EU) delegate 2015/2402 of the Commission of 12 October 2015 review of harmonised reference values for separate production efficiency of electricity and heat in application of Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Decision 2010/877/EU Commission published in the official journal of the European Union (OJ) No. L 333/54.
Pursuant to article 1. 7 para. (1) (a). h), art. 8 para. (1) (a). (b) and article 3. 14 of law No. 92 of 29 may 2014 with regard to thermal energy and the promotion of cogeneration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, nr. 178-184, art. 415), the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve: harmonised reference values for separate production efficiency of electricity, according to the annex. 1;
harmonised reference values for separate production efficiency of heat, according to the annex. 2.2. Provisions of annexes 1 and 2 to this decision shall apply to the producers of electricity and heat in cogeneration mode with power plants and district heating, as well as in the case of projects on construction of high-efficiency cogeneration.
3. It is established that the harmonised reference values for separate production efficiency of electricity and heat will be reviewed every four years.
