In order to commemorate the victims of the terrorist attacks committed on 22 March 2016 in the capital city of the Kingdom of Belgium, Brussels, and in a sign of deep compassion and solidarity with the people of the belgian Chief of d e c r e t e z: article 1. -March 24, 2016 shall be declared as a day of mourning.
Art. 2.-the day of 24 March 2016 in all localities of the Republic, as well as in diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Moldova from abroad will be hoisted at half mast flags.
Article 3.-This Decree shall enter into force on the date of signature.
