I HEREBY ORDER: 1. Points 2 and 3 of the order of the Ministry of agriculture and food industry of Moldova nr. 228 out of 10 December 2015 "approving the procedures for drawing up and filing of the list of prohibition of agricultural producers" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 2-12, art. 15) face in the new editorial board, as follows: "2. The Commission shall be set up for the examination of requests for the inclusion in the list of prohibitions (hereinafter the Commission), it is composed of the following: Iurie UȘURELU-Deputy Minister of agriculture and food industry , President of the Commission;
Tatiana Nistorică-head of the Directorate of policy and regulations, quality of animal products, the Ministry of agriculture and food industry;
Mikhail Saifuddin-head of the Directorate of policy and regulations, quality of plant products, the Ministry of agriculture and food industry;
Valeriu Cebotari-head of Vinification, Ministry of agriculture and food industry;
Galina D-Deputy director of the Agency for Payments and intervention in agriculture, Member;
Arlene-marine Chief Directorate of inspection and control on the ground, the Agency for Payments and intervention in agriculture, Member;
Mihaela Squirrel-specialist legal Department, the Agency for Payments and intervention in agriculture, Secretary;
3. the Secretariat of the Commission shall be provided by the Legal Department of the Agency's intervention and Payments for agriculture. "
2. This order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
