Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. a), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 transferable securities in accordance with the statement of the results of the additional issue of shares in the public limited Company "BUSINESS EUROPE" (Mihail Kogălniceanu str. 75, AP. 4, mun. Chisinau, 1012600005603) on WHOSE BEHALF of 178000 lei in number of ordinary nominative shares 1780 with nominal value of 100 lei with the State registration number MD14SINE1006 at the expense of turnovers.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities joint-stock company "ZIDARUL-SV" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1005600035363) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 259 090 with State registration number MD14ZISV1001 as a result of the liquidation.
2. this decision shall enter into force in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission of Financial Market".
