on the Presidential Scholarship for students in higher education institutions and students from institutions of technical professional education post-secondary academic year 2016-2017



Published: 26.08.2016 in Official Gazette No. 277-287 art no: 607 date of entry into force: 23.08.2016 in order to support students in institutions of higher learning and students of educational institutions of post-secondary, technical professional who obtained outstanding academic performance and participate in scientific research activities and in social life and pursuant to art. 94 para. (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and the Moldovan President's Decree No. 1641-III on 17 January 2004, the President of the Republic of Moldova d e c r e t e z: article 1. -List of students from institutions of higher learning, according to the annex. 1, and a list of students from institutions of post-secondary professional education technical, according to the annex. 2, to whom it is granted Presidential Scholarship for the academic year 2016-2017.


Article 2.-the scholarships will be paid from means provided for in the State budget for this purpose.
Article 3.-This Decree shall enter into force on the date of signature.
