Medicines and medical devices Agency has submitted to the electronic media watchdog CCA approach no. A07. PS-01. Rg02-325 of 13 January 2016, by which he requested the conclusion of a cooperation agreement, which would provide for monitoring advertising of medicinal products to TV and radio stations.
In this regard, CCA has developed, together with the medicines agency and medical devices, a common Plan of measures concerning the promotion of public health and consumer protection of the audiovisual automedicația uncontrolled environment of the Republic of Moldova for the year 2016.
As a result of the public debate, pursuant to the provisions of art. 39, 40, 41 the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised and the Status approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, CCA DECIDES: 1. To approve the signing of the Joint Plan of action on the promotion of public health and consumer protection of the audiovisual automedicația uncontrolled environment of the Republic of Moldova for the year 2016 (PRO-(7)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c. MÎŢU and d. VALENTINI).
2. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise general direction, approval and monitoring licensing.
3. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the electronic media watchdog CCA.
