with regard to the appointment of a member of CCA to participate in first meeting of Consultative Council Media Romania-Republic of Moldova and the allocation of funds for travel expenses



Published: 25.03.2016 in Official Gazette No. 69-77 art no: 460 to the electronic media watchdog CCA received letter No. D/252 of 8 February 2016, Mr. Dan STOENESCU, Minister-delegate for relations with Romanians from everywhere, has requested the delegation of a member of the CCA, Mrs. Mariana OBI-HADIRCA, for participation in the first meeting of the Consultative Council Media Romania-Republic of Moldova, which will be held on 29 February 2016, in Bucharest, Romania.
Media Advisory Board will provide an institutional framework which will take in the main following tasks: oversee the implementation of the actions undertaken in connection with the space is shared by laying down rules for the implementation of the broadcasting code; the definition of projects to ensure consistency in the editorial policy is shared between Romania and Republic of Moldova; adopting a code of good practice, demanding media providers from the two States ' integration into grids of some programs or publications sections focused on developments in the partner country; initiating the necessary transposition of European rules covering the media in Moldova.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 47 para. (2) (a). c) of broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of supervised, of point 9 and 11 lit. (g) of the regulation on the management of the Fund for the support of broadcasters and approved by the CCA Decision nr. 125 from 4.12.2007, and of art. 11 of the Statute of the CCA, approved by decision of the Parliament. 433 from 28.12.2006, CCA DECIDES: 1. To designate for participation on 29 February 2016, at the first meeting of the Consultative Council Media Romania-Republic of Moldova, Member of the CCA, Mariana OBI-HADIRCA (PRO-(8)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU and d. VALENTINI).
2. To allocate the necessary financial resources, the budget of the CCA for the year 2016, to cover the costs of travel of the CCA (PRO-(8)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU and d. VALENTINI).
3. control of the execution of this decision it is engaged in the service of Foreign Affairs and European integration, and economics, finance and accounting.
4. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
