Justice Minister Vladimir CALANDRA _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ for the purpose of regulating legal relations between operators providing public water supply and sewerage systems, and consumers, in accordance with article 9(1). 7 (2) (a). f) and art. 28 of law No. 303 13 December 2013, concerning the public water supply and sewerage (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 60-65, art. 123), the Board of Directors of the National Agency for energy regulation DECIDES: 1. to approve the regulation on public water supply and sewerage (is attached).
2. Operators shall provide the public water supply and sewerage system shall make available to the consumer, in centers for dealings with consumers and will put on their official web pages copies of the regulation on public water supply and sewerage system and the model contract for the provision of public service of water supply and sewerage systems.
3. The National Agency for Subdivisions energy regulators will monitor application of the license holders from public service of water supply and sewerage system regulation approved.
