with respect to the amended regulations on the General procedure for evaluation of conformity of construction products



Published: 01.04.2016 in Official Gazette No. 79-89 art no: 464 pursuant to article 30 of the law of the Republic of Moldova nr. 235 of 1 December concerning the activities of accreditation and conformity assessment (Official Gazette, no. 46-47, art. 136) and for the purposes of implementation of Government Decision No. 611-11 august 2011 "on amendments to the annex to the Government decision No. 226 of 29 February 2008 "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, no. 137, 675), I HEREBY ORDER: 1. Approving the amendment to the regulation on the General procedure for evaluation of the conformity of construction products, approved by order of the Minister of regional development and construction No.40 of 28 June 2011" on approval of the regulation on the General procedure for evaluation of the conformity of construction products "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova 11, 2011, no. 135-138, article 1145), annex.
2. The direction of construction, building materials and modern technologies will ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. This order shall come into force after publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Mr. Anatolie Zolotcov, Deputy Minister.
