In accordance with the provisions of point 54 of the Regulation laying down the health conditions for the placing on the market of bio destructive products, approved by Government decision No. 564 of 10 September 2009 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010 No. 144-147, art. 6), and in accordance with point 9 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of health, approved by Government decision No. 347 of 31 May 2011, ORDON: 1. it cancels the certificates of State registration/notification of health of bio destructive products : JAVILAR PLUS; JAVILAR, CLORAMIN B; The DEATH of RATS; DICHKORISOCIANURICCID, DRY; DICHKORISOCIANURICCID, SALTS; ACVATON-10 and + C DM & CSK (annex).
2. The Secretary of the Commission of experts for the recording of bio destructive products (Ms. Nadejda Baird) will carry out the necessary changes in the national register of bio destructive products.
3. To publish this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
