For the execution of article VI b) of Law 249 of 24 October 2013 for the modification and completion of some legislative acts (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2013, 262-267, 736), Government DECIDES: Government decision No. 645 of 19 July 2010 approving the regulation on the method of calculation of damages awarded to the owners of animals slaughtered, killed or otherwise affected as a result of the liquidation of outbreaks of communicable diseases of animals "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 129-130, art. 7), as amended, is modified and completed as follows: 1) resolution: a) (2) the words "Ministry of agriculture and food industry" shall be replaced with the words "the National Agency for food safety";
b) shall be supplemented with the following contents, section 3: "3. The National Food Safety Agency will submit to the Government, up to the 15th day of the month following the expiration of semester, information relating to the compensation granted to the owners of animals slaughtered or killed for the purpose of the liquidation of outbreaks of communicable diseases of animals, in accordance with the model approved by order of the Minister of agriculture and food industry. The information presented on the website of the National Agency for food safety.
2) in regulation: a) in paragraph 2, the words "Ministry of agriculture and food industry" shall be replaced with the words "the National Agency for food safety";
b) point 6: the letter b), the words "territorial district health and safety of animal products" shall be replaced with the words "territorial subdivision of the National Agency for food safety";
make up to volume with the letter h) with the following content: "h) copy of identity card of the owner.") in paragraph 7, the words "its copies to the Ministry of agriculture and food industry" shall be replaced with the words "certified true copies of the National Agency for food safety";
Annex No. 3) 1 shall be completed with the following contents: 15 ' 15. African swine fever ";
in annex 4). 2, the words "veterinary health AGENCY and for the SAFETY of PRODUCTS of ANIMAL ORIGIN" shall be replaced with the words "the NATIONAL AGENCY for FOOD SAFETY", the phrase "the DIRECTION of veterinary health and the SAFETY of ANIMAL PRODUCTS for MUNICIPAL/"-with the words "TERRITORIAL SUBDIVISION of the National Agency for FOOD SAFETY", and the phrase "territorial veterinary Constituency and for the safety of animal products _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _" is excluded;
in annex 5). 3, the words "official veterinarian of territorial subdivision of the National Food Safety Agency" shall be replaced with the words "official veterinarian of the territorial subdivision of the National Agency for food safety".
