Under article 6 para. (1) (a). of article 14) and para. (1) (a). b) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, article 6 para. (2) of law No. 91-XVI dated 5 April 2007 on public fields and their delimitation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 70-73, art. 316), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. the transmission shall be accepted, free of charge, in accordance with the decision of the City Council, with land area of 0.0373 hectares, the cadastral number 1701115673, located in the town. Cahul, str. Ioan Voda the terrible, no 79, in the territorial-administrative unit of the city of Cahul, publicly or privately, in the management of national social insurance House, for the purpose of the construction of a building for the territorial social insurance House of Cahul.
2. accepts the transmission, free of charge, from State ownership (National Naval reservist-social security) in the administrative-territorial unit of Cahul city, with land area of 0.0373 hectares, the cadastral number 1701114565, and its construction, with related ground surface 165 m ², the cadastral number 1701114565.01, located in the town. Cahul, str. Stefan cel Mare, nr. 7B. 3. National House for social insurance, in conjunction with the City Council, will establish the Commission of reception and will ensure, within one month, the transmission of land and construction, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2).
4. Holders of law jointly with the Agency for land Relations and Cadastre will ensure modification of cadastral documentation in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force and of the present judgment.
