After examining the application of joint-stock Company "ICF CONSULTING-SERVICE" (str Mitropolit Bănulescu-Bodoni 45, AP. 301 (of.), mun. Chisinau, 1003600096993), on WHOSE BEHALF pursuant to art. 8 lit. m), art. 20 paragraph 1. (1) and art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), art. 1 and art. 23, para. (3) of law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "capital market" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 193-197, 665), the regulation on registration of persons qualified in the field of valuation of the shares in the register of authorized persons, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market no. 41/10 from 22.08.2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 261-267, 1282) and the decision of the National Commission of financial market no. 41/9 of 22.08.2014 "With regard to the implementation of article 23 of law No. 171 of 11.07.2012" capital market "(Government Gazette Of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, nr. 261-267, 1281), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. The company's shares is recorded "ICF CONSULTING-SERVICE" in the register of authorised persons.
2. Any modification of the internal rules on how to provide services or assessment with regard to the implementation of international standards of valuation will coordinate in advance with the National Commission of Financial Market.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
