On 2 March 2016 by letter of the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications no. 01/276 of 02/29/2016, the CCA address was received for review and comment the draft Government Decision on approving the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on Electronic Communications no. 241-XVI from 15 November 2007.
submitted project aims transposition into national law of European Union acts and forms part of the Action Plan on the implementation of the Association Agreement Moldova - European Union.
After reviewing the nominated project, given the public debate, pursuant to Art. No 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code. 260 of 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA, approved by Decision no. 433 dated 28.12.2006 of the Parliament of Moldova, the Coordinating Council of Audiovisual DECIDED
:

1. To approve and submit to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Opinion on the draft Government Decision on approving the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on Electronic Communications no. 241-XVI from 15 November 2007 (PRO - (6) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, N. DAMASCHIN, C. bribery, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
2. Control over execution of this Decision shall exercise general direction licensing, authorization and monitoring.
March. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and the BCC website.
