Based Collaboration Agreement, signed on 8 June 2010 between the Coordinating Council of Audiovisual of Moldova (CCA) and the Radio and Television Supreme Council of Turkey (RTUK), which provides for exchange of experience and best practice field of broadcasting;
Given that autumn, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council will take over the Presidency of the Forum of Regulators Black Sea countries (BRAF) and will hold the VII Annual Meeting of BRAF, which will gather a constructive dialogue regulator of audiovisual content, BRAF members of the Forum, Secretary General of whom is Mr. Hamit Ersoy, RTUK member.
Broadcasting Coordinating Council designates seven employees to carry out a study visit to the Radio and Television Supreme Council of Turkey (RTUK) in the second quarter of 2016 to study the practice RTUK Chapter registration process monitoring technologies , digitization and preparation for deployment of the VII Annual Meeting of the Forum of Regulators Black Sea countries (BRAF), which will take place in Chisinau.
In accordance with Art. 47 para. (2) c) of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the section. 9:11 lit. (C) of the Regulation on managing the Broadcasters Support Fund, approved by Decision No CCA. 125 of 4.12.2007, and art. 11 of the Statute of CCA, approved by Parliament Decision no. 433 of 28.12.2006, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council

DECIDED:

1. A allocate the necessary financial resources of the CCA budget for 2016 to cover travel expenses of employees CCA to carry out a study visit to the Radio and Television Supreme Council of Turkey (PRO - (9) UNANIMOUSLY - HAMMER D., O. Barbalić, Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
2. Control over execution of this Decision exercised Service External Relations and European Integration and Economy, Finance and Accounting.
March. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and the BCC website.
