I. "MEGATRAFIC" SRL, as the founder of the studio "MARK TV" by request of 18 January 2016, asked CCA to updating conditions permit retransmission series AB no. 000 171 of 21.12.2012, by approving the offer of program services retransmitted.
It should be noted that the tender submitted for approval were excluded BNT Bulgaria ( "APRRM" did not present documents confirming that given the right to enter into contracts with distributors retransmission services of Moldova) Super TV CTC Mega TV and voice of Bessarabia (not submitted contracts relay).
II. "Sun Communications" SRL, as the founder of the studio "SUN TV" by request of 9 February 2016, the CCA requested the updating conditions permit retransmission series AB no. 000 195 of 04/07/2014, by approving the offer of program services retransmitted.
In accordance with Art. 28, 29 and 40 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA art. 36 para. (2) of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and documents received under the abovementioned enterprises, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council

4. Offers program services to "MEGATRAFIC" LLC (CCA approved by Decision no. 80 of 22 May 2013) and "Sun Communications" SRL (CCA approved by Decision no. 97 of 04.07.2014) are declared void and will be kept in files holders.
