Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single article. - Article 28 (3) of the Law Court no. 261-XVI dated 5 December 2008 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no. 237-240, art. 864), as amended, letter c) reads as follows:
"c) state and municipal enterprises , companies whose capital belongs entirely to the state or administrative-territorial unit, as well as companies in which the state, the administrative territorial units, state enterprises and municipalities have, individually or together, at least one third of the share capital; ".
