In accordance with Art. 8 and 71 of the Land Code nr.828-XII of December 25, 1991 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, no.107, Art. 817), as amended and supplemented, art. 12 and 14 of Law No. 1308-XIII of 25 July 1997 on the normative price and sale and purchase of land (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic, 2001 nr.147-149, art.1161), as amended and subsequently, the Government DECIDES:
1. Amend class destination 2.1974 hectares of agricultural land (arable) land numbers 1026216680, 1026216681, 1026216682, 1026216683, private property Limited Liability Company "Petris-Group", located in unincorporated village Delacău district Noi with the passage in the category of land for industry, transport, telecommunications and other POIs, for the methane reservoir sand-gravel "Delacău-Puhăceni" (the Puhăceni) the proposal City Council.
2. Limited Liability Company "Petris-group", which will use the land for the extraction of reservoir sand-gravel "Delacău-Puhăceni" (the Puhăceni) will get under the conditions provided by law, before work, discharge certificate archaeological and positive opinion of the State Ecological expertise in project execution and will hold soil scraping topsoil from such areas.
March. Limited Liability Company undertakes "Petris-group" to return the land to agricultural use with total area of ​​2.1974 hectares of cadastral numbers 1026216680, 1026216681, 1026216682, 1026216683, after exhausting extraction of sand-gravel reservoir "Delacău-Puhăceni" (Puhăceni sector) in accordance with the re-cultivation project.
4. Land Relations and Cadastre Agency will make the change cadastral documentation at the request of the right holder in accordance with the provisions of this decision.
