In accordance with Art. 8 and 71 of the Land Code nr.828-XII of December 25, 1991 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, no.107, Art. 817), as amended and supplemented, art. 12 and 14 of Law No. 1308-XIII of 25 July 1997 on the normative price and sale and purchase of land (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic, 2001 nr.147-149, art.1161), as amended and subsequently, the Government DECIDES:
1. Place it in the category of irrigated land:
a) 3.8671 hectares of irrigated agricultural land (including gardens - 2.4092 hectares of cadastral numbers 1030201267, 1030201269, 1030201271, 1030201272, 1030201273, 1030201274, 1030201275, 1030201276, 1030201277 , 1030201301, 1030201304, 1030201005, 1030201399, 1030201306, and arable - 1.4579 hectares of cadastral numbers 1030201265, 1030201266, 1030201268, 1030201270, 1030201278, 1030201279, 1030201299, 1030201300, 1030201302, 1030201303), a privately owned Joint Stock Company of Construction Materials production of non-metallic "Career Cobusca", located in the unincorporated village of Gura Bicului district Noi;
B) 0.1565 hectares of agricultural land irrigated (including arable - 0.0759 hectares of fields and roads - 0.0806 hectares), with the cadastral number 1030201400, public ownership of the territorial administrative unit Bicului mouth, Anenii we rented by Joint Stock company for Construction Materials Production of non-metallic "Career Cobusca", located in the unincorporated village of Gura Bicului district Noi.
2. Amend category of destination of agricultural land passed into the category of land for industry, transport, telecommunications and other POIs, for the methane reservoir sand-gravel "Gura Bicului" by Joint Stock Company for Production of Building Materials nonmetallic "Career Cobusca" Council proposal Bicului Gura village, district Noi:
a) 3.8671 hectares of farmland (including gardens - 2.4092 hectares of cadastral numbers 1030201267, 1030201269, 1030201271, 1030201272, 1030201273, 1030201274, 1030201275, 1030201276, 1030201277, 1030201301, 1030201304, 1030201005, 1030201399, 1030201306, and arable - 1.4579 hectares of cadastral numbers 1030201265, 1030201266, 1030201268, 1030201270, 1030201278, 1030201279, 1030201299, 1030201300, 1030201302, 1030201303 ), a privately owned Joint Stock Company for Construction Materials Production of non-metallic "Career Cobusca", located in the unincorporated village of Gura Bicului district Noi;
B) 0.1565 hectares of agricultural land (including arable - 0.0759 hectares of fields and roads - 0.0806 hectares), with the cadastral number 1030201400, public ownership of the territorial administrative unit Gura Bicului district Noi , leased by Joint Stock company of Construction Materials Production of non-metallic "Career Cobusca", located in the unincorporated village of Gura Bicului district Noi.
March. Stock Company for Production of Building Materials nonmetallic "Career Cobusca" which will use the land for the extraction of reservoir sand-gravel "Gura Bicului" will get under the conditions provided by applicable law prior to initiating the work, discharge certificate archaeological and positive opinion of the State Ecological expertise in project execution and will hold soil scraping topsoil from such areas.
4. Stock Company undertakes Production of Building Materials nonmetallic "Career Cobusca" to return the land aside specified in pt. 2 lit. a) and b) after having exhausted the reservoir of sand-gravel extraction "Gura Bicului" according to the project for re-cultivation.
May. Land Relations and Cadastre Agency will make the change cadastral documentation at the request of the right holder in accordance with the provisions of this decision.
