In accordance with Art. 9 paragraph. (2) b) and art. 14 para. (1) b) of Law no. 121-XVI of 4 May 2007 on the management and privatization of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, 401), as amended and supplemented, art. 8 paragraph. (3) of Law no. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 on the public property of the administrative territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999 nr.124-125, art.611), as amended and supplemented, and art. 6 para. (2) of Law no. 91-XVI of 5 April 2007 on state-owned land and Delimitation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.70-73, art.316), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
It is proposed to City Council Chisinau to submit public property of the administrative-territorial Chisinau in state ownership, managed by the Ministry of Education (manager - State University of Physical Education and Sport), land area of ​​0.0680 hectares with the cadastral number 0100423299, located in built-mun. Chisinau, str. Andrei Doga, to extend the sports field.
