Under Article 6 para. (1) a) and Article 14 para. (1) b) of Law no. 121-XVI of 4 May 2007 on the management and privatization of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, 401), as amended and supplemented, art. 8 (2) of Law No .523-XIV of 16 July 1999 on the public property of the administrative territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999 nr.124-125, art. 611), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. Transmitted, free of charge, with the consent of village Obileni, Hincesti good public property led by the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction in the public domain Obileni, Hincesti streets of the new district of the village worth 2 127 990, 22 lei.
2. Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, together with the Village Council Obileni Hînceşti district will establish committee for the transmission of those goods, ensuring the distribution within 60 days in accordance with the Regulation on the mode of transmission of public property, approved by Government Decision no. 901 of December 31, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, Article 2).
March. Land Relations and Cadastre Agency and Village Council Obileni, Hincesti will ensure necessary amendments in cadastral documentation, according to the legislation.
