1. To approve:
concession reservoir of natural mineral water "Cahul" reserves of natural mineral water with curative effect evaluated volume of 945 m3 / 24 hours, assigned to B + C1 categories;
General requirements and conditions of the concession reservoir of natural mineral water "Cahul" (attached).
2. The Ministry of Environment is designated as the central public authority for environmental protection and rational use of natural resources for the procedure for concession reservoir of natural mineral water "Cahul" in accordance with the legal framework in force.
