In accordance with Art. 8 and 71 of the Land Code nr.828-XII of December 25, 1991 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, no.107, Art. 817), as amended and supplemented, art. 12 and 14 of Law No. 1308-XIII of 25 July 1997 on the normative price and sale and purchase of land (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic, 2001 nr.147-149, art.1161), as amended and subsequently, the Government DECIDES:
1. Amend, at the recommendation of local destination category of 1.6600 hectares of farmland (arable) with cadastral number 2513115440, private property Limited Liability Company "IONEL AGIL", located in unincorporated Bravicea village, Calarasi district, with move into the category of land for industry, transport, telecommunications and other special purposes, in order to extract sand for construction.
2. Limited Liability Company "IONEL AGIL" which will use the land to extract sand for construction will get under the conditions provided by applicable law prior to initiating work certificate of archaeological discharge, the positive opinion of the State Ecological Expertise project execution and will hold scraping fertile soil layer on said surface.
March. Limited Liability Company undertakes "IONEL AGIL" to return to aside land with total area of ​​1.66 hectares with the cadastral number 2513115440 after exhausting reserves of sand mining for construction in accordance with the re-cultivation project.
4. Land Relations and Cadastre Agency will make the change cadastral documentation at the request of the right holder in accordance with the provisions of this decision.
