To fulfill the commitments assumed by Moldova in the financing agreement between the Moldovan government and the European Commission on implementation ENPARD Moldova - support for agriculture and rural development, ratified by Law no. 177 of 22 October 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 317-323, art. 576):
1. Committee be established to oversee the application of the financing agreement between the Moldovan government and the European Commission on implementation ENPARD Moldova - Support for Agriculture and Rural Development and approved its composition, in accordance with Annex.
2. Supervisory Committee:
a) shall meet as often as need be, but at least every six months, in meetings organized and conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture;
B) review and evaluate the overall performance goals and indicators in the financing agreement between the Moldovan government and the European Commission on implementation ENPARD Moldova - support for agriculture and rural development.
March. It states that, if necessary, the chairman of the Supervisory Committee may draw its activity and other specialists from government authorities and NGOs.
4. Ministries and other central administrative authorities shall give the necessary support to the Supervisory Committee in its work.
