Drăgăneşti municipal council, by decision no. 8/11 of 18 December 2015 raised about absence without valid reason from three consecutive meetings of the Board, Vladimir Nicolae mandates councilors elected on the list of Democratic Party and chose Sergei Balamatiuc list of the Party of Communists. Thus, two seats have become vacant nominated adviser assigned formations.

Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) and 133 para. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​18 lit. c) and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It notes the holidays of two terms Drăgăneşti communal councils.
2. It assigns mandates communal councils Draganesti, Singerei, Ivan Lepilov alternate candidates on the list of Democratic Party and the list Vasili Rosca Moldovan Communist Party.
March. It preavizează advisers Lepilov Ivan and Vasily Rosca the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
