Pursuant to art. 18 and art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​18 lit. c) and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It notes the vacation of three warrants Sipoteni communal councils.
2. It assigns mandates Sipoteni communal councils, Calarasi district deputy candidates Cuşciac Constantin and Diana Cozmac the list of the Party of Communists and Evil Angela list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
March. It preavizează advisers Cuşciac Constantine Cozmac Bad Angela Diana and the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
