The complaint, registered with the Central Election Commission no. CEC 7/14579 of 22 December 2015, the president of the Liberal Party of common territorial Stăuceni informed the Commission about the incompatibility adviser Andrei Sofroni Stăuceni elected Communal Council on the Liberal Party list. The notification states that Mr. Andrei Sofroni candidate to head the JV "DGLC Stăuceni", contrary to art. 7 paragraph. (1) d) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected which states that mandate is incompatible with locally elected as head, deputy head (including the interim these functions) subordinate structures of local public authorities (public institutions, services, municipal enterprises). Additionally, on January 4, 2016 was presented a CD that is printed Stăuceni Village Hall meeting, Chisinau, to which Mr. Andrei Sofroni shown as head of JV "DGLC Stăuceni".
In examining the complaint, the Commission asked Stăuceni Village Hall, by letter no. CEC 8/5230 of 6 January 2016, documents confirming the initiation of lifting the mandate adviser.
In reply to the Commission by letter no. CEC 7/14719 of 18 January 2016, Stăuceni Village Hall, Chisinau informed that Mr. Andrew Sofroni, starting November 16, 2015 under No provision mayor. 97-p of 9 November 2015 held the position of Interim Director of JV "DGLC Stăuceni" to contest for occupying the announcement. In the same letter, the Commission was informed of the mayor No. 03-p of 4 January 2016, in which Mr Sofroni Andrew was dismissed on January 4, 2016 based on the applicant. Thus, the situation that was the subject of referral president of the Liberal Party territorial organization of joint Stăuceni is consumed.
Considering that over the admissibility of referral Sofroni Mr. Andrei removed the incompatibility provided for in art. 7 paragraph. (1) d) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000, pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) of the Electoral Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:

2. It rejects appeal to president of the Liberal Party territorial organization of joint Stăuceni about that situation that was the subject of it is consumed.
March. It warns adviser Andrei Sofroni the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. Village Hall this decision resolves Stăuceni local organization and President of the Liberal Party of common Stăuceni.
May. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
