Secretary of village Slobozia-Duşca, Criuleni, informed the Central Election Commission about the death adviser bachelor Lidia selected list of Democratic Party, has submitted his resignation adviser Stahi Tatiana chosen list the same party, and the documents required attribution warrants adviser following candidates.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission mandates adviser Village Council slobozia-duşca their respective alternate candidates Boris Turcan and Ion Leaves on the list of Democratic Party, confirmed by decisions of the Court Criuleni 5:25 p.m. June 2015. the mandate award took into account the statement of the candidate Natalia Boscanean alternate on the same party list, which it refuses to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u) and v), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and g) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected, art. 24 para. (3) of Law no. 436-XVI of 28 December 2006 on public administration and in accordance with pt. 20, 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Declare vacant a term of village councils slobozia-duşca.
2. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of Stahi Tatiana selected list of Democratic Party in Slobozia-Duşca Village Council.
March. It assigns mandates adviser slobozia-duşca Village Council, Criuleni, Boris and Leaves alternate candidates Turcan Ion on the list of Democratic Party.
4. It preavizează advisers Turcan Ion Boris and leaves the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
May. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
