The CCA address was received for endorsement cooperation program between the Moldovan and Russian governments in the humanitarian field for the years 2015-2016 (letter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration no. DB / 3 / 220.1-3414 of March 23, 2016 ).
The submitted project aims to implement several actions involving representatives of both countries in the fields of culture, education, science, information and communication technologies, health, social and migration, tourism and sport, youth policy.
It should be noted that CCA is not named among the institutions responsible for implementing the Programme.
Following the public debate, based on Art. No 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code. 260 of 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA, approved by Decision no. 433 dated 28.12.2006 of the Parliament of Moldova, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council DECIDES:
1. To approve and submit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration opinion on the draft program of cooperation between the Moldovan and Russian governments in the humanitarian field for the years 2015-2016 (PRO - (8) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, A . COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
2. Control over execution of this Decision shall exercise general direction licensing, authorization and monitoring.
March. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and the BCC website.
