The address CCA has received letter no. 37 of 18 March 2016 Mr Barbarosie, executive director of IP Institute for Public Policy, requesting ACC member delegation, Olga Gututui to participate in the roundtable in broadcasting, which will take place from 29 to 30 March 2016, Bucharest, Romania.
The round table is organized within the project for informational space security issue if "hybrid warfare" conducted by the Public Policy Institute IP, together with the Centre for Conflict Prevention & Early Warning in Bucharest, with the participation of experts from Moldova .
Travel and accommodation are provided by the project partners in Romania.
In accordance with Art. 47 para. (2) c) of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the section. 9:11 lit. (G) of the Regulation on managing the Broadcasters Support Fund, approved by Decision No CCA. 125 of 4.12.2007, and art. 11 of the Statute of CCA, approved by Parliament Decision no. 433 of 28.12.2006, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council
DECIDED:
1. A designate to participate in a roundtable on security of information space, which will take place from 29 to 30 March 2016 in Bucharest, Romania, ACC member, Olga Gututui (PRO - (8) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
2. A allocate the necessary financial resources of the CCA budget for 2016 to cover travel expenses of ACC member (PRO - (8) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C . Mitu, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
March. Control over execution of this Decision exercised Service External Relations and European Integration and Economy, Finance and Accounting.
4. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and the BCC website.
