Pursuant to art. 18 of the Electoral Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with Regulation on delegation of employees of entities in Moldova, approved by Government Decision no. 10 from 5 January 2012 and accepting the invitation of the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan to observe parliamentary elections to be held on 20 March 2016 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Delegates for the period 18 to 21 March 2016, Ms. Svetlana Gutu, member of the Central Election Commission, and Ms. Anastasia Stajila, chief specialist of the Department communication, public relations and media from within the Commission to participate in observing parliamentary elections will take place on March 20 in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The delegation will travel to Astana air route Chisinau - Astana - Chisinau stopover.
March. Financial-economic direction will pay travel and subsistence and accommodation and local transport expenses will be covered by the organizers.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
