Having examined the material submitted by bidders Galupa Dumitru Odobescu Galina under article 8 lit.k) and article 25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS), art. 20 (1) a) and Article 24 para. (4) of the Law # 171 of 11.07.2012 "on the market capital "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 193-197, art. 665), the Regulation on takeover bids, approved by the National Commission of Financial Market Decision no.33 / 1 of 6.16.2015 (Official Moldova's 2015 no. 197-205, art. 1346)
National Securities Commission FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE
:
1. It approves prospectus voluntary takeover bid launched by Dumitru Odobescu Galina Galupa bidders, subject which is the purchase of 21 273 ordinary shares issued by Joint Stock Company "Pink" (str. Trandafirilor 13/1, mun., IDNO1003600158066 ) at a price of 10.00 lei per share, with action within 30 days from the date of announcement.
2. The application of article 30 of Law # 171 of 11.07.2012 "On the capital market" to be notified in advance to the National Commission of Financial Market.
March. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
